Grande View Living is a 48,500 SF Senior Living facility located on Highway 280 overlooking Meadow Brook. It boasts a complete and total renovation of 86 units, and includes two Assisted Living Wings and a Memory Care Wing. It has a full-scale commercial kitchen, a beverage bar in the lobby, beauty salons, a theatre room, a fitness room, and a large interior courtyard. To complete this renovation, new flooring, paint, millwork, lighting, and MEP systems were updated throughout.  Finally, the exterior updates showcase beautiful, new stone/brick veneer, as well as a new drive-thru canopy addition at the main entrance.
