The build out for the Cahaba Heights location of Waldo’s Chicken was a 3,100 square foot interior fit out that included a new kitchen, top-of-the-line bar, and two dining areas. The bar includes wood wall paneling, a hanging TV rack, a quartz countertop island, and three roll up doors . The ceilings are a mix of modern exposed, decorative lay in, and suspended wood. The seating areas include elevated booth seating in the center and along the edges, hanging pendant lighting, and an outdoor patio.
