This 3,100 square-foot new office buildout is for Bodnar Investment Group in Cahaba Heights, Alabama. This office consists of 6 offices, 2 conference rooms, open office space for cubicles, and a break area. This project was constructed using structural steel and infilled with metal studs. Exposed ceilings were painted, a large suspended barn wood ceiling was installed in the main open area of the office, and all the offices have drop ceilings and carpet. Storefront systems were incorporated for every office and reclaimed metal windows were used at the conference rooms. The exposed systems overhead, barn wood ceiling, sleek glass storefronts mixed with reclaimed metal windows, glass marker boards, and polished concrete floors give the building a modern-industrial feeling that comes together for a very professional office space.
