Project is a one story facility with mechanical mezzanine, and two story non-occupied features located in Dothan AL – includes both an Assisted Living Facility (ALF) and a Specialty Care Assisted Living Facility (SCALF) with a total of 40 ALF units, and 40 SCALF units and supporting areas ( Kitchen, Dining Facilities, Activity /Chapel, Salon, Spa, Wellness Center, Tele Med Room, Coffee Shop, Lounge, Conference Room, and Lobby Area.  One half of the ALF units are large studio apartments, and one half are one bedroom units. There are 3 unit types for the ALF room layouts.  All ALF units have their own private bathroom and shower.  Each SCALF unit is a single occupancy with a private bathroom and shower and have 4 different unit layouts.  Facility is supported with Emergency Power Generator.
