Somerby of Santa Rosa Beach is a 67,000 square foot, 2 story Assisted Living Group 1-A facility consisting of 52 assisted living apartments and 24 memory care apartments. The facility also includes administration offices, nurse’s station, living and dining spaces, wellness center with exam rooms, fitness room, physical therapy station, indoor therapy pool, kitchen, beauty salon, and drive thru porte cocheres at entrance lobbies. Work also included constructing a pond and fountain wrapped with a walking path and courtyard. The structure is comprised of post tensioned concrete slab and wood framing, along with stucco exterior and Barcelona concrete tile roof. The interior is completed with architectural millwork and trim, granite countertops, luxury vinyl tile, carpet and ceramic tile flooring. Preconstruction services provided included coordinating and obtaining the Florida Development Order.
